Facility Description

AAA Facility Services, Inc., has been providing full facility operations, maintenance and repair services at the Federal Regional Center since 2013. The contract is a full scope fixed price performance based operations and maintenance service contract in 2013. The maintenance contract is staffed with 4 full-time on site technicians with a verity of skill sets and trade professions. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a division of the Department of Homeland Security. Region 10, is a high profile federal agency headquarters facility​

Scope of Services of work includes
  • ​AAA Facility Services, Inc. Full-time maintenance employees respond to a wide variety of service calls related to tenant satisfaction. AAA Facility Services, Inc. also supports this contract with highly qualified controls engineers' expert in the BAS, and performs all BAS controls work in house with no controls work subcontracted.  
  • ​HVAC, electrical, and emergency power generation equipment, fire / life safety, plumbing, building automation system and controls, structural, and architectural maintenance, operations, and repair. Landscaping, parking lots, large lawn areas, flower beds, walkways, irrigation. Janitorial.
